E& I & Automation Consultancy Services, Field Surveys. Provide Consultancy services for Engineering Package for the Revamp of various Systems and Instrument packages. Provided team of Engineers who conducted Site surveys of Control Systems in the CCR Buildings, Field Instruments, Tank Gauging systems etc. for the development of Detailed Design Package. Also provided Engineering Hours for the development of the Engineering Package.
Yasref Refinery OT Cyber Security Upgrade

Civil Scope: Floor construction outdoors for the expansion of warehouse and walkways. Concrete work and Floor tiles installation (outdoors). Mechanical Scope: Fabrication and Erection of Shelter Structure. The structure is constructed for the Warehouse storage area. Fabrication and installation of the shelter for the Gas cylinder storage, Test Bench Modifications inside the Analyzer laboratory. Electrical & Instrumentation Scope: Supply, installation and testing of Stainless steel tubing, Tie-in of the tubing with supply headers and endpoints. This Project is awarded to Jana Lights for the Repair and Renovation of Aldrees Petrol Station. Scope of project included Civil & Mechanical Retrofits. Surface preparation and Painting. Repair and maintenance work on piping. Repair and maintenance of pipe supports Floor tiles fixing and repair etc.
Long term Maintenance Contract with Industrial Client

Long-term Maintenance Contract with Arab Paper Manufacturing Company (WARAQ) to provide maintenance and upgrade services in various discipline. The Scope of maintenance includes Civil, Mechanical and Electrical fields. As per requirement both Supplies and Services are part of the scope. Routine maintenance activities, Preventive maintenance activities and emergency maintenance actives are all part of the contract. Furthermore, additional scope is performed during planned Shutdown / Turn around. Spares Inventory management is also part of the scope of Jana Lights. Various systems including HVAC, Electrical & Instruments Cabling systems, Field Junction boxes, Valves are all part of the contractual scope. These services are rendered for eight (8) years with complete satisfaction of client. Fixing of pipe sleepers, repair maintenance of concrete and asphalt surfaces, Re painting as corrosive environment expedites rusting and paint. Jana Lights had delivered Maintenance Services worth 13 million SAR in eight years.
